My graduation research assignment involves a market survey, profiling different European countries to get an overview of potential new markets. This research is based on a set of parameters which include the adaption and use of Geo-information in European countries. This information is really hard to obtain but an important part of my research.
I have the following information about the Netherlands; Total revenue of the Geo-information sector in the Netherlands was 1,4 billion Euros realized by around 15 thousand employees in 2008. Where most of this employees were active in the public sector. Could you provide me with similar information about the Geo-information market in Hungary?
Other information like GIS licenses sold or total companies active in the geo-information market in Hungary will also be a good indication. My aim is to rank the European countries on a scale of 1-10 according to geo-information usage in the country.
