Néhány korszerű témakörben rendezett összejövetelről ad hírt az Európai Téradat infrastruktúra kutatás szervezete. Ezek közül is kiemelkedik jelentőségében az alsószászországi Hannover Országos felmérési és Geoalapinformációs hivatala vendéglátásában szervezett Geoérzékelő hálózatok műhely az ISPRS és az EuroSDR közös szervezésében február végén. A sznzorhálók kérdésével naplónkban már foglalkoztunk a CEOS WGISS találkozó kapcsán (Oberpfaffenhofe, DLR, 2007 október), ahol Luigi Fusco (ESA ESRIN) számolt be érzékelőháló alkalmazásáról pld. a Frascati szölőültetvényeken. Egy másik korszerű téma az e-távoktatás, melynek választható tanfolyamait kínálja az Alkalmazott Tudományok Stuttgarti Egyeteme a következő témakörökben: lézerszkennelés 3D városmodellezéshez, Város GML, Térképezés aktív mikrohullámú (szintetikus aperturájú radar) és optikai képalkotás felvételeivel, Digitális légikamarák geometriai teljesítménye.
Mai postánkból. Kevin Mooney úr, az EuroSDR főtitkára írja:
"I would like to draw your attention to a number of important workshops hosted or supported by EuroSDR in the coming months. Please excuse duplicate mailing. The organisers would appreciate your support.
