We have just announced the Call for Nominations for the GEO SDG 2021 Awards!
The call is now open through June 30, 2021!
This is the 3rd year of our GEO SDG Awards Program, which was launched for the first time in 2019 to recognize productivity, innovation, novelty, and exemplary efforts in the use of Earth observations to support sustainable development.
The annual GEO SDG award celebrates progress toward managing or achieving an SDG Target and/or monitoring and reporting on an SDG Indicator through Earth observations. EO4SDG invites nominations from GEO member countries, GEO participating organizations, SDG custodian agencies, GEO work program activities, GEO Associates, academic institutions, intergovernmental organizations, private sector, and civil society.
