This is the first of four meetings the ePSIplatform is hosting for the PSI community which will focus on issues, strategies, actions and information sharing to stimulate PSI re-use.  
*We hope that you can participate and contribute to the discussion and debate – share your experience and information either from the perspective of a PSI re-user or PSI holder.*

To consider:
  * recent actions by the Swedish Government to improve the
    implementation of the re-use of public sector information
    framework by the summer of 2010
  * pragmatic initiatives taken by other Member States and public
    sector bodies to raise awareness and facilitation of the re-use of
    PSI
*What will be Debated and Discussed?*
  * lessons from the Swedish Government initiatives
  * advantages of pragmatic solutions that have been used across Europe
*Overarching Goal?*
  * To assess whether these lessons are transferable and could be
    adopted across Europe

A szintén egy EU projekt keretében működő ePSI Platform egyik felkért levelezőjeként e sorok írója feladatának tartja, hogy a PSI Platform közérdekű híreit nem csupán a LAPSI projetcsapat tagjai (FVM FTF, FÖMI, MATISZ, Neumann Kft) részére, de szélesebb körben a térinformatikai közösség számára is eljuttassa. Az adatpolitikával összefüggő kérdés azért is húsbavágó, mivel az EU szankcionálhatja mindazon tagországokat, akik a PSI irányelvet nem kellően követik. A PSI irányelv a közérdekű adatok újrahasznosításával kapcsolatos közösségi útmutatás. A részvétel és tapasztalatcsere ezért mind az adatgazdák, mind a felhasználók számára, de különösen a kérdéskörrel összefüggő döntéshozatali előkészítésben szereplők részére javasolt.
