Jean Claude Juncker elnök nyilvánosságra hozta az Európai Bizottság új tagjaira vonatkozó javaslatát és néhány elképzelését a jövőbeli Bizottságra vonatkozóan. "As you certainly know, Jean Claude Juncker announced today the portfolios of his team and the way work will be organised in the European Commission once the new College, under his Presidency, begins its mandate. The EP Hearings of the candidate-Commissioners proposed by President Juncker are scheduled for the end of this September, according to E. Parliament’s President, Martin Schulz. The goal of the Hearings in question is for the MEPs to evaluate if each and every one of the proposed Commissioners is fit for his/her future job. As a reminder, the European Parliament cannot reject a candidate-Commissioner on a individual basis but must decide on the College as a whole. ...Should the College of Commissioners be approved by the EP, all new Commissioners will take office the 1^st of November. Please find attached the list of the proposed Commissioners along with some more information regarding Juncker's plans for his future Commission."
