The ePSIplus Thematic Network is organising fifteen international expert Thematic meetings designed to debate a wide range of issues and to arrive at a consensus on recommendations for the 2008 review of the PSI directive (2003/98/EC of 17 November 2003). The findings and recommendations from these Thematic meetings will be validated at a pre-review conference organised by the ePSIplus Network in close co-operation with the European Commission.

The meeting is hosted in co-operation with the Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI), United Kingdom.
Michal Wills, Minister of State for Justice (UK), and Carol Tullo, Director, Office of Public Sector Information will open the meeting.
Speakers from across Europe will address the following topics:
· Pricing policy and the impact
· Regulation of PSI pricing (financial transparency, auditing, compliance with the PSI Directive)
· Pricing policy impact assessment (practical examples)
The meeting will be followed by the reception hosted by OPSI.
