Megérkezett az INSPIRE metaadatokra vonatkozó végrehajtási utasítás tervezete nyílvános véleményezésre. Bár a HUNAGI mint SDIC (Spatial Data Interest Group) szervezet lehetőséget kapott a tervezetek szakmai véleményezésére, abban a körben nem érkezett tagszervezeteinktől vélemény, észrevétel, jólehet az EU és EFTA tagországokból ezzel a lehetőséggel 1200-an éltek. Ezúton is kérjük tag- és partnerszervezeteinket, olvasóinkat, hogy a érdemi észrevételeikkel, indokolt szövegszerű módosítási, kiegészítési javaslataikkal éljenek, erről másolatban adjanak visszajelzést a hunagi@hunagi.hu címen is "INSPIRE Metadata IR" tárgymegjelöléssel.

"Dear SDIC/LMO contact person,
The INSPIRE Draft Implementing Rules for Metadata (version 3) are now available for public view and comments. The call for comments is open for a period of eight weeks, until 21 December 2007. Only comments received by the deadline using the template provided will be considered. At the end of this phase of public consultation, the Commission will elaborate a revised proposal and submit it to the Regulatory Committee as required by the Directive.

Megjegyzés: Magyarországon tudomásunk szerint két LMO (Legally Mandated Organisation) van bejegyezve az Európai Bizottságnál, a FÖMI és az OMSZ. Előkészítés fázisában van a MÁFI regisztráltatása. A hazai LMO szervezetek véleményüket intézményük álláspontjaként ezen a külön LMO csatornán keresztül tükröztetik, és ezzel a lehetőséggel az első fázisban éltek is.
